Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are in important part of an overall human resources plan. EAP plans are offered through HealthWorks Northwest partners and employers pay a low per-employee-per-month fee. EAP services include conseling services, referral and programs designed to help employees lead a fuller, healthier life on and off the job.
